Privacy

This site uses no cookies and never asks you to sign up or share personal details.

Your browser remembers your settings (light or dark theme, text size and the language you picked), the “Read” marks on stories you have finished, your favourites and the “Reading aloud” bookmarks. All of this is kept only in localStorage on your device and is never sent anywhere.

To see how many people read the stories, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and shows us only totals: page views, popular pages, countries and device types.

The site and its pictures are hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

There are no ads on the site yet. If that changes, we will update this page.

Story ratings, “read to the end” and “listened” marks are stored anonymously: only the story, the language, the number of stars and counts, with no cookies, names or addresses. Your own rating is remembered by your browser (localStorage). Clicks on “I want a story where my child is the hero” are counted the same way: only the story, the language and a count; your browser remembers that you clicked (localStorage).
